Humambo means kingdom and royalty in Shona, Zimbabwe's official language.

Our vision and mission is to treat those we help as royalty - children of the King of kings, and to together expand His kingdom. 

Humambo was established in 2003 as a charity and not-for profit entity to meet the needs of children and families in Zimbabwe. Our first projects included feeding and encouraging street kids in Harare and building a large, picturesque home for orphans in regional Zimbabwe. 

Today, we distribute food and other assistance to 1000s of people in Australia as well as Zimbabwe via our various outreach initiatives.

Our outreach is fuelled by prayer, with our prayer gardens supporting our mission bases and outreach work in Zimbabwe. 

Humambo Ambassadors books and blog posts inspire and empower others to love God with their heart, soul & mind, and help people around them who are in need. 

Via our Soup With Soul program in Australia, every week we distribute 2,000+ meals/servings of food, or 100,000+ meals/servings per year..
